A deficiency in vitamin B-12 has also been linked with stress and anxiety levels, so be sure you focus on getting a multi-vitamin each day to help combat stress and anxiety.
The most effective way to battle stress and anxiety; however, is to identify the source that is triggering it. While this may not always be possible, it is important to begin steps toward determining could be stressing you. You can begin to map possible stressors by asking yourself the following questions:
What things or situations do you tend to worry about the most?

\r Is there anything that is continually on your mind?
Finally, make an effort to develop a strong support network which you can rely upon during those times when you feel anxious or stressed. Possible support partners include neighbors, family members, friends or clergy. The important point is to find someone who you can feel comfortable talking to. Its also a good idea to join a support group that is dedicated to assisting individuals experiencing anxiety and stress.
By taking the time to follow the tips and guidelines above, you can battle anxiety stress symptoms.
