Anxiety Disorders and Depression
Anxiety disorders include a number of disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder). Anxiety and depression can occur simultaneously in people.
These disorders can lead to other health and emotional problems. A common problem among these discords is constant and regular feelings of depression.
A number of symptoms are associated with depression like being unable to concentrate on anything, loss or increase in appetite, muscle aches, getting angry easily, low energy, feeling afraid or confused, not caring about things, hating yourself and those around you, feeling sad without a reason and not be able to pinpoint the cause of your sadness etc.
