Do you have itchy scaly rash on your skin? Do you find yourself always scratching them?
Eczema is a very common skin disease that affects a lot of people. Also known as dermatitis, eczema can be classified into several types temporary or persistent. Temporary eczema is normally trigged by contact with harmful plants like poison ivy. Cold treatment
Wrap some ice with a cloth and compress it against the part of the skin that itches. Cool compress is effective against itching skin.

This is a quick and easy remedy. Add some colloidal oatmeal to your bath and mix it up with another natural skin product. Soak in the tub filled with the materials you have mix inside for a quick oatmeal bath.
Natural fabrics
Avoid synthetic fabrics and wool materials as it can irritate your skin. Cotton is recommended as it facilitates air circulations, helping to keep your skin soft and comfortable.
