How To Find Good Paid Surveys Companies

Those who are looking to make money online by taking surveys are presented with a lot of options for who to work for. There are hundreds of paid surveys companies to choose from. While many of them are excellent others might not be worth the time investment and some are even outright scams. Here are some questions to consider to help you evaluate and find the best companies to work for.

1. How much do their surveys pay? For example if a company only offers $1 surveys you will never be able to make much money. Most survey companies will pay between $4 and $75 a survey with the average being around $15.

2. How do they pay you? Some companies will pay you cash while others will pay with points that can be converted to prizes. Some that pay with points also will offer the option of converting them to cash. It is important to understand their compensation plan before signing up. Cash payments are usually by check but increasingly paypal is used as the method of payment.

3. How long are their surveys? Very long surveys run the risk of someone taking them becoming bored and quitting. The result is spending a lot of wasted time and getting no money. Good survey companies will offer surveys of reasonable length that will take most people between 10 and 30 minutes to complete.

4. What is the reputation of the company? You should read online reviews from several people who have already taken surveys for the company to see what they think of them. This is also a good way to tell whether they are legitimate or a scam.

5. How long have they been in business? If the company is new they will not have a track record that you can look at and it will be risky to sign up with them. Older companies on the other hand will have reviews you can read and are less likely to be scams. A survey company should be in business for at least 2 years to be considered established.

If you take the time to evaluate a company using the questions above you will find it much easier to find the better survey companies to sign up with.
