Understanding Panic and Anxiety Attack Symptoms

We live in a world that changes everyday. New technology is always being discovered and changing the way we live. With all these changes also comes a lot of stress and sometimes aggravation. For a person with anxiety attacks this can make getting through a day difficult. Many people have these attacks often and find it difficult to handle their jobs or personal life properly because of them. Anxiety attacks are when a person has an overwhelming fear that completely overrides everything else that is going on around them. Dealing with Panic and Anxiety Attack symptoms can be easier if you understand the symptoms better.

If you suffer from an Panic and Anxiety Attack two or more times a month, then you may have an anxiety disorder. One of the main Panic and Anxiety Attack symptoms is the overwhelming fear that the person experiences. This can be quite devastating to a person when they are going through this symptom. Other symptoms include the following, sweating, trembling, dizziness, heart palpitations and chest pain. Because of these symptoms many people feel as if they are having a heart attack or stroke and become even more upset and afraid. Numbness and difficulty in breathing are also symptoms of an anxiety attack.

Other Panic and Anxiety Attack symptoms include having a feeling that something really bad is going to happen and there is nothing that anyone can do about it. Some people constantly worry about doing something that will embarrass them in front of others and they feel like they have no control over their lives. An Panic and Anxiety Attack can also make you feel sick to your stomach and have diarrhea. These attacks can come on fast and most of the time the person will not have any warning signs ahead of time. They are fine one moment, then experiencing the attack the next. You can have only one every once in a while or a series of them in one day, it is different for each individual.

No one knows for sure what brings Panic and Anxiety Attack symptoms on but there are some known contributing factors. For instance, being put in a situation that you feel out of control or uncomfortable can make you have an attack. Specific medications can also cause these symptoms to occur. Excessive drinking or drug abuse can lead to an anxiety attack. Even the fear of having an Panic and Anxiety Attack can bring one on. people that suffer from this condition find it hard to lead a normal life for fear of having an attack. They are afraid they will do something that will be embarrassing or something that will cause them problems at a later date. If you or someone you know has any of these symptoms you should consult with your physician to find out if you have an anxiety disorder.
